Crafting a selfbow with hand tools.
I utilized black locust wood to make this bow. Tips overlays are made from purple heart, manage wrap from natural leather. I enjoy constructing bows in this design. I was going for greater draw weight however due to tillering problems the bow wound up being 28lbs at 28″. The bow is 68″ suggestion to suggestion. Sweet shooter! This wood is definitely stunning!
